Growing up, I was always tall and thin. I could eat whatever I wanted and not have to worry about gaining weight. Fast forward to my 40s: I was slowly putting on a pound or two every year. I didn’t really notice it on my tall frame until I hit my 50th birthday. I hit full menopause and my energy dropped way down, and the scale shot up quickly. I tried exercising it off, but that didn’t budge the scale. I felt hopeless and totally bummed that what I thought would help me lose weight (exercise) just wasn’t moving the needle. I wanted a solution that would teach me what foods to eat for more energy, weight loss, and better sleep. I also wanted a friend and an accountability partner to walk along-side me on my journey to help me get over the bumps in the road on my way to optimal health. What I found was this amazing, total transformation program. I lost the weight I had put on in a very short time, gained my energy back, improved my mindset, and love paying it forward to help others achieve their best selves ever!
